Communication and Dissemination Consultant

Which tasks are awaiting you?

In this role, you will be a key driver for the communication and dissemination activities within our projects, namely (but not only) European-funded projects. If you are a digital-savvy professional with excellent communication skills, the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with a new network and you are ready to go the extra mile in innovation consulting, we would like to meet you!

• Dissemination and Communication: Create a communication plan and dissemination strategies. Develop printed and digital communication material, including drafting of articles, stories, and press releases, as well as undertaking online interviews if needed. Create social media campaigns and social media content. Prepare newsletters and update website content.
  Take ownership and organise dissemination events or workshops. Support both online and offline formats.
• Internal Project Communication: Maintain a solid understanding of the projects you are assigned to. Coordinate communication and dissemination activities across the Project Consortium. Provide a safe space for exchanging, sharing, and building on experience from project team members; identify interests, needs or challenges of different stakeholders within the project. Provide support for the Project Manager in Internal Project meetings where applicable.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Solid experience in developing communication and dissemination activities in the context of European Projects, preferably related to the area of innovation consulting.
• A University degree in a related field is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.
• Previous experience with software for image editing (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and events organisation is a “nice-to-have.”
• Solid experience in writing content and articles, as well as performing interviews.
• Capacity to write engaging texts and summarise information.
• Experience/knowledge with Social media marketing (especially LinkedIn and Twitter)
• Behavioural skills: team player, goal oriented, flexible and friendly behaviour. Time management, good communicator, assertiveness. Self-starter who can take charge, plan, and execute with confidence.
