New date for the interview week and a record number of applications

By the cut-off date of 7 October 2020, the EIC Accelerator has once again proven how attractive and important it is for innovative companies across Europe. The flipside of the coin: with a record number of over 4,200 applications submitted, this deadline is also the one with the strongest competition ever.

Due to COVID-19 and the large number of submitted proposals, the evaluation of the proposals is again delayed by one week. As with the previous deadlines, the interview week will be postponed to 26 November - 4 December. Also for the last deadline under Horizon 2020, interview candidates will not have to fly to Brussels - the pitching will take place completely online.
