Rising energy costs and increasing climate requirements are putting many businesses under pressure. At the same time, there is often a lack of time in day-to-day operations to take a strategic and holistic view of energy efficiency and renewable energy. This is precisely where the EnergizeBW funding programme comes in.
Through EnergizeBW, the State of Baden-Württemberg supports companies and other organisations in developing an energy roadmap for their sites in Baden-Württemberg – with attractive grants for external consultancy services.
What is funded?
Funding is available for external consultancy and planning services aimed at drawing up an energy roadmap. The aim is to carry out a holistic analysis of a site from energy, technical and economic perspectives.
The following topics, amongst others, may be considered:
Energy efficiency in processes and buildings
Use of renewable energy
Waste heat potential and district heating networks
Electricity and heat supply
Storage and Flexibility Options
Economic Feasibility of Measures
The energy roadmap sets out which measures make technical and economic sense and what energy and CO₂ savings can be achieved.
Who is eligible for the grant?
SMEs, non-SMEs and other organisations with at least one site in Baden-Württemberg are eligible to apply.
Funding is provided in the form of a non-repayable grant for external consultancy services
Funding rate
SMEs 50%
Non-SMEs 30%
The maximum grant is up to 50,000 euros.
Important: The consulting services must not already be receiving funding through other federal support programs.
