Currently, EurA Sofia EOOD provides comprehensive consulting services for applicants under the new funding procedure BG16RFPR002-1.010 “Green and Digital Partnerships for Smart Transformation”, financed under the Programme “Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Smart Transformation” 2021–2027.
Objective of the Procedure
The procedure aims to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by promoting the implementation of green and digital solutions that drive sustainable growth, improve quality of life, and reduce negative environmental and climate impacts.
Financial Parameters
Total budget: BGN 60,770,432 Grant amount per project: BGN 100,000 – 1,500,000 Funding intensity: Micro and small enterprises – up to 80% / 60% Medium enterprises – up to 75% / 50% Research organizations – 100%
Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises registered no later than 31 December 2022, with minimum net revenues for 2023 and 2024 as follows:
Micro: ≥ BGN 40,000
Small: ≥ BGN 100,000
Medium: ≥ BGN 700,000
Applicants must partner with at least one research organization or higher education institution.
Eligible Activities
R&D activities focused on green and digital solutions
Prototyping, modelling, and user testing for technology validation
Development of sustainable business models and commercialization analysis
Studies on IP protection, regulatory compliance, and certification
Application Process
Applications are submitted entirely online via EUMIS 2020, module “E-application”: https://eumis2020.government.bg/bg/s/Procedure/Active Deadline: 16 February 2026, 16:30 local time.
